Working Principle

Like a standard micro switch, the DV Double Micro Switch uses a snap-action mechanism to change the electrical state rapidly with minimal actuator movement. Inside the housing, two sets of contacts operate independently, each triggered by the actuator or a common lever. When the actuator reaches a specified operating force, the contacts ‘snap’ from one position to another, ensuring quick break/make actions with excellent repeatability and minimal contact bounce.

This dual configuration allows the switch to:

  • Control two independent circuits at the same time
