Today is of great significance to Dewo Electronics because we are honored to receive two customers from India at our factory. This visit not only symbolizes our growing international cooperation, but also provides an excellent opportunity for us to showcase our commitment to quality, precision and innovation in the field of microswitch manufacturing.
The event of the day began with a warm reception held at the headquarters. Our management team received the client and gave a brief introduction to Dewo Electronics - our history, values and the industries we serve. With years of professional experience in the design and manufacture of limit switches and microswitches, we have become a trusted partner for global customers, including those from the automotive, home appliance and industrial equipment industries in India.
After the introduction was over and we had some refreshments, we began our factory tour. This is the most exciting part for everyone - having the opportunity to witness with one's own eyes how such a small but crucial component as the microswitch comes into being.

Our microswitch production line integrates precise engineering design, exquisite craftsmanship and advanced quality control system. First, we explained the core principle of microswitch technology, including how tiny mechanical forces trigger electrical responses with high repeatability and reliability.

Then, we guide the guests to understand the key stages of production:
1. Stamping and shell preparation
We start from the metal stamping area, where the internal components of the switch - including the moving contacts and terminals - are formed using high-speed precision molds. The precision of the press and the quality of the metal parts left a deep impression on our Indian guests.
Meanwhile, the switch housing is prepared with a high-performance plastic injection molding machine. These shells are sturdy and durable, heat-resistant, and in some cases, even waterproof, depending on the intended use.
2. Assembly line process
Next comes the core link of production: assembly. Each microswitch undergoes a carefully controlled assembly process to ensure that every internal component - from actuators and springs to contacts and terminals - is perfectly aligned.
To improve efficiency, some steps are automated while others require manual operation to ensure that fine adjustments can be made accurately. This visitor was particularly interested in how we maintained consistency and quality at high output, which prompted us to demonstrate the use of an automated inspection system and jigs-based assembly tools.
3. Quality control and testing
